At Sixpenny, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible furniture and decor. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we will work with you to find a solution or provide a refund minus applicable shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Guest Experience team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all items are in their original condition and, if possible, original packaging; our team will coordinate with you if professional repacking is required.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient time for home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
