What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order. Standard lead times typically range from 10 to 14 weeks, while 'In-Stock' items usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for a flat rate. This includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering our free swatch kits to see and feel our linens, cottons, and velvets in your own light before committing to a large piece.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you aren't in love with your piece, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee. Please note that items must be in original condition.
Are your cushion fills ethically sourced?
Yes, we use high-quality, ethically sourced down and feathers, as well as vegan poly-fill options, all designed to provide a cloud-like seating experience.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Sixpenny offers a limited lifetime warranty on our furniture frames and a one-year warranty on cushions and slipcovers against manufacturing defects.
